By accessing or using the Oasis Total Solutions platform ("Service") operated by Oasis Total Solutions ("OTS," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OTS provides a cloud-based operations management platform for service contractors, including but not limited to: employee time tracking with GPS verification, site inspections and quality scoring, work order management, supply request management, client portal access, invoicing and proposal generation, and reporting and analytics.
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
When you create an organization account, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your organization's account.
You must immediately notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
We offer a free plan with limited features and user capacity. The free plan may be modified or discontinued at any time with 30 days notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
New paid plan subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content, employee data, operational records, or any other information you provide.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You may export your data at any time using the export features within the platform (CSV exports, PDF reports). Upon account termination, we will make your data available for export for 30 days before deletion.
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service collects GPS coordinates from employee devices at the time of shift check-in and check-out. By enabling this feature, you represent that you have informed your employees about GPS data collection and obtained any required consent under applicable laws. GPS data is collected only at the point of check-in/check-out and is not continuous tracking.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Oasis Total Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OTS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding data ownership, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you may cancel your account.
